RankVent, LLC is a US-based SEO agency serving HVAC contractors. Our registered address is in Austin, Texas, United States.

The specific SEO services we deliver — Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, technical SEO, content, link building, reporting, and related work — are described in the individual proposal, Statement of Work, or order form we sign with you. Those documents control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

To do our best work we need timely access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics, and any accounts required for the engagement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the content you publish, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are set out in your proposal or order form. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. Late payments may result in suspension of services after reasonable notice.

SEO depends on many factors outside any agency's control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, and market conditions. We work hard and share transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, calls, or revenue outcomes.

You retain ownership of your brand, website content, and materials you provide. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and internal tools. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned to you as described in the engagement documents.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform this engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, RankVent's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
