We collect information you provide directly — name, business name, email, phone, website URL, and anything you share in a form, email, or booking. When you browse the site we also collect standard analytics data such as IP address, approximate location, device, browser, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. If you agree to marketing communications, we store your email and subscription preferences.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver the services you engage us for, send account and transactional messages, improve the site and our offerings, and — with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell personal information.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis (for example the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving RankVent, and compliance with legal obligations.

We share limited information with vendors that help us run the business — hosting and infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, CRM, scheduling, and payment processing. These vendors are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Lead and inquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months after last contact. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise a right, email hello@rankvent.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RankVent's site and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
